🧬 Un estudi internacional liderat pel #CLÍNIC-@idibaps, l'@ef_clif, l'Hôpital Universitaire de Bruxelles i la Université Libre de Bruxelles ha identificat una variant genètica associada al risc de lesió renal en pacients amb cirrosi descompensada. 🔬 L'anàlisi de dades genètiques de prop de 5.000 pacients va identificar una regió de risc en el gen SUSD1. Patient recruitment update: Enrollment ongoing for #CHANCE phase 2 to define futility criteria for #livertransplant in severe #ACLF. Of 145 patients recruited from 19 hospitals across Europe, Latin America, and North America, 90 have been transplanted and 55 are on waiting list.
