That’s the OpenAI Dev Day keynote recap. Which announcement would change how you work or what you build?

The OpenAI Marketplace gives developers another route to business customers. Enterprise customers can use part of their existing OpenAI commitment to buy partner products.

Plugin extensions will let developers build experiences such as editors and dashboards inside ChatGPT and Codex. Plugins can also be discovered during a conversation.

Sign In with ChatGPT will let people use tokens included in their ChatGPT subscription in partner apps. OpenAI says it’s starting with 16 launch partners.

Codex Security Cloud is designed to find vulnerabilities and prepare fixes for review. OpenAI also previewed Private Intelligence, with stronger controls for sensitive data.

Codex now runs in the cloud, so tasks can continue when you close your laptop or switch devices. The new Agents API is in public beta, with hosting, memory, and multi-agent controls.

ChatGPT Space gives people and Dots a shared place to work. Teams can build pages together and tag a Dot to take on a task. OpenAI also previewed specialist Dots for companies. di.gg/s/sfiy2jcr

OpenAI’s example: ask a Dot to move an app off a legacy API. It can trace dependencies, change code, run tests, and bring pull requests back for review.
