Big shoutout to the folks over @devopsdaystexas who put together an awesome, inclusive set of events related to different DevOps topics. 🎉 Here's a beautifully put-together visual recap of my talk! (Kudos to Ashton Rodenhiser for this)
Drawing with different tidbits of what my tech talk (Fitting SRE & DX into team priorities) was based on, including team culture, incident management, metrics & goals, SLOs, product teams & buy-in, treating DX as a product to identify pain points and track progress. Proactive reliability work is DX work, some examples being reducing siloes, context gathering, embracing risk, eliminating toil, and incremental changes.
