The shooter fled the scene in an unmarked car within 2 minutes. He fled. On what planet if this was a justified shooting does the shooter just run away? No investigation. No witness statements. The woman is still bleeding out and he ran away. This is disgusting. Where is Congress? We have an out of control lawless agency running amok in our streets and none of the people charged with oversight are doing anything.
