The Helgatchi will passively scan for BLE devices and WiFi SSIDs/APs, and alert when specific Manufacturers, naming schemes, or services are discovered.

That being said, the cutoff date for getting your badge shipped is July 22nd. After that, we'll do a pick up at Defcon, or ship them to you post-Defcon.
