Today I'm finishing my old chapter that lasted 4 years. It all started with 2 guys wanting to conquer the world and a $20 domain investment. Me & @glebspecter were broke as a joke.. (but soooo hungry) What do we do next?? Hmmm.. Let's start @cryptorsyio and enter big tech, that's gonna be fun!! All that with zero connections, experience, or whatsoever. Fun fact: a few moments later, all markets collapsed and headlines were screaming: "OMGGG THIS IS THE CRAZIEST BEAR MARKET EVER.. IT'S OVER WE ALL GO TO ZEEROOOOOO" Cool... great start, guys. Anyways, 4 years later we: - built a multi-million-dollar business - signed 5 unicorns - scaled our community to 50k+ people - hired a team of 30 people - launched dozens of projects and the loudest events in the space ... and all that without a single dollar of external capital, as we were profitable from day 1. I've slept on airport doors and now wake up on international stages. I think you call it the American Dream? From nothing to something to everything. All huge thanks and much love to all people who were involved ❤️ (sorry, can't tag yal guys coz it'll crash LinkedIn) We're currently in talks to sell the brand & all assets, so if you're interested – DMs are open. We have just signed another unicorn! At @cryptorsyio, it's already been 5th for the last year or so. Here's a couple of lessons I learned from signing 10-fig companies: - it takes time, sometimes a LOT of time (25+ touchpoints on average) - quality beats volume, so don't try to half-ass it - if done right... margins are 2-3x bigger - this collaboration becomes your biggest marketing asset, clients flowing non-stop - usually 80% of SOPs don't work here, you gotta personalize nearly everything ... and also, signing new clients is 100x easier (they are sold looking at your cases) Honestly, it feels so great. Never thought we could make it this far so fast. Life is just an absolute cinema... and hard grind pays off 10/10. @okx, welcome to the family. Happy to scale you to the next level! Thanks to everyone who's involved < 3 – Vlad.
