I didn't build @RareSwapEx just to trade NFTs. I built it because I wanted to see more happen in this space. At first, it was just Tiger Swap. A place for Wild Tigers holders to trade their tigers with other holders. RareSwap launched in January 2026, but it didn't really pick up until late this summer. Since then, I've spent countless late nights working on it. Making sure supported collections load properly, fixing images on collectios that weren't loading , improving the experience, adding new features, and finding ways to make swapping better for everyone. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes that people don't always see. From fixing things that break to building new tools and making sure everything works as it should, there's always something to improve. But the goal was never just to build a place to trade NFTs. I wanted to create something that could help other brands get more eyes on their collections, give collectors more reasons to connect, and bring more activity to the @hedera NFT space. That's why we're adding new features, bundle swaps, fun events, rewards, and more ways to get collectors involved. I want RareSwap to be a place where you can discover other collections, connect with other holders, and support the people building alongside us. I'm building this because I still believe in this space and the people who continue to show up, build, and support each other through the ups and downs. It's easy to build when everything is going well. The real test is staying consistent when things slow down, when the attention isn't there, and when you're putting in hours of work without knowing when it'll pay off. I know there's still a lot of work ahead, and I'm good with that. I have plenty of ideas, plenty of things I want to improve, and a lot more I want to bring to RareSwap. RareSwap is not a marketplace. It's a place to trade NFTs for NFTs. Built for collectors, by collectors, with the goal of helping the whole ecosystem move forward. We started with Tiger Swap. Now we're building something bigger. I'm going to keep showing up, keep improving, and keep building regardless of the market.
