‼️ STATE ROUTE 23 REOPENED‼️ State Route 23 (Decker Rd) is now REOPENED to the public in both directions between Mulholland Highway & State Route 1 (PCH). Vehicles may now drive from US 101 to PCH. The Bryson Fire is 61% contained. QuickMap.dot.ca.gov
