USDC on Arc gives agents a way to pay for the intelligence they use.
Jamie, founder of Alethieum, is building Ando so apps, agents, and robots can access intelligence and pay for it directly.
In this conversation with @bleso_a, Jamie explains why existing payment flows fall short, how MPP-I works, and why he chose Arc for USDC settlement.
Plus, a demo of Ando Wallet with an app, an autonomous agent, and a robot simulation sending testnet USDC.

Love to this this type of onchain FX innovation on Arc
You can move a billion dollars onchain in seconds. You still can't move a million dollars into naira, pesos or shillings the same way.
ViFi is onchain FX built on Uniswap v4 hooks. Our testnet is live today on Base Sepolia and Arc Testnet.

Developers building with @mastra can now use the Circle Agent Wallets template to give agents access to USDC-powered wallets.
→ Add a wallet to an agent
→ Pay for APIs and services
→ Transact onchain

6/8 — Move between web and CLI
Start with an app in the browser, pull it into your editor, and make a change from the CLI.
For example, ask Studio to add a FundsReleased event, refresh the browser preview, then pull the updated code locally.
7/8 — Build a smart contract
Switch to Smart Contract mode and describe a USDC escrow for Arc testnet. Work through the design questions, then have Studio write, review, and test the contract.
You can inspect the contract address and state in Studio, then open it in the Arc explorer.
That’s the part I’m excited about: helping developers spend less time getting the pieces in place and more time building the experience they have in mind.

Built something in Arc Studio?
Ship it on Arc Mainnet and apply for one of 8 microgrants, 500 USDC each.
Experiments must be built in Arc Studio and move real USDC on Arc Mainnet.

Getting your first user for a product is very hard. It’s cool to see @courtcred using Ranklog.app for high school basketball rankings.
It was cool to use @arc Studio to build the smart contract that stores a public record of all the rankings in Ranklog.app.
I was able to write, scan, and deploy the contract in Studio then bring the contract details over to Cursor with Studio’s CLI for building the frontend and backend.
Arc Studio is an onchain development tool that meets builders where they are.
Over the years, I’ve built a lot of technology in the amateur sports space. Most of those products focused on athletes, but this time I’m building for scouts.
Scouts play an important role in helping athletes get discovered by college coaches through rankings, scouting reports, camps, and social media.
I built Ranklog.app to give scouts a better way to create, manage, and share their rankings.
Every ranking and revision is recorded on @arc, creating a permanent, verifiable record of the players a scout identified and when they recognized their potential.
Great scouts often see talent before the rest of the world does. Ranklog gives them a way to build a track record of it.
