Then follow the steps that apply to you 👇 ①｜You have your Go card and recovery phrase ▸ Reset the card using your new phone ▸ Set a new pairing password ▸ Enter your recovery phrase to restore your wallet ▸ Set up your backup card again ✅ Your wallet is restored ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ②｜You don’t have a recovery phrase, but your card still connects to your old phone ▸ Use your old phone to transfer all assets to a temporary wallet or exchange ▸ Confirm that all assets—including tokens on every chain, NFTs, and staked assets—have been moved ▸ Reset the backup card first, then the primary card ▸ Create a new wallet on your new phone and set a new pairing password ▸ Transfer your assets to your new wallet address ✅ Your new wallet is ready ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚠️ Without a recovery phrase backup, you must move all assets before resetting your cards or wiping your old phone.
