The NCAA is on a string of appellate losses. This and the Ohio stay are the big ones, but under the radar: the NJ appellate division declined the NCAA's appeal in Rutgers DL Sekou Kromah's case, and the MS Supreme Court declined an NCAA appeal re: JSU football's Nate Rembert.
Good news for Indiana football and dozens of others involved in local eligibility case, which includes Stephen Daley and Kellan Wyatt. Indiana Court of Appeals did not grant the stay that the NCAA was seeking, which means they remain eligible.

In a landmark moment, the NCAA is suing a sitting state governor, Ohio’s Mike DeWine, over his executive order on eligibility. NCAA calls the EO a “misguided attempt” to give Ohio colleges a “hall pass to break rules,” per docs obtained by @YahooSports. bit.ly/4ytwzK2
