I really hope that the "Rainbow Bridge" does exist.
Looking forward to meeting all my past pet friends one last time.
But before that, I need to have my present pet friends to be adopted first.
The mom cat is watching videos.

Some people are overly concerned about which mobile OS or hardware everyone else uses.
I mean, who cares?
Saw an adult male kick a cat. Someone told the guy to pls not harm the cat.
The guy showed that he will kick the cat again, so someone kicked the guy.
I didn't see the person who kicked the guy, I promise.

Halloween is coming, and this time of year can be dangerous for black cats.
Keep them safe, and donβt forget: they donβt bring bad luck, theyβre living beings who deserve to be loved. πββ¬
Protect them. Donβt let superstition turn into cruelty. ππΌβ€οΈ
Saw something really weird in the sky one time, then told my closest family member about it.
Her reaction was, "You were just dreaming, I'm sure."
Wow OK. So I never told her anything important-for-me after that.
I find it really sad when an online shopping site customer asks a question for the SELLER, using the "Ask the BUYERS" section.
Sigh.
Hmm. Maybe just try to avoid drinks that require the use of a straw then?

Paper straws are often promoted as an eco-friendly alternative to plastic. However, a South Korean government-commissioned study suggests that switching materials does not always mean reducing environmental harm.
The study, released in October 2026, assessed four types of disposable straws: conventional plastic, paper, biodegradable plastic, and bio-based polyethylene (bio-PE). Researchers evaluated their impacts across 16 categories, covering their life cycle from raw material production to disposal.
Results showed that paper straws had 6.33 times the potential carcinogenic impact and 2.04 times the environmental acidification impact of conventional plastic straws. Conventional plastic straws recorded the lowest environmental impact in 10 of the 16 categories examined, including climate change and particulate pollution.
However, these findings do not mean paper straws directly increase a user's cancer risk by sixfold. The carcinogenic impact figure is a model-based estimate of potential effects associated with emissions throughout manufacturing and disposal, not a measure of the risk from drinking through a straw.
Researchers also found that recycling remains difficult for all straw types. Their small size makes them challenging to sort, while coatings and adhesives can complicate the recycling of paper straws.
The findings highlight an important principle in environmental science: assessing sustainability requires examining a product's entire life cycle, not just the material it is made from. #straw #environment #plastic
Read a novel that is told entirely via letters.
2 thumbs up.

I'm not sure what the rumors about Oct 30 is, but I hope we can still give away the candy & cookies we bought for Halloween on the 31st.
The kids in my area are surely excited for it. My friend too, bc she's the one who gives out the loot bags.
Last night, the kitten "accidentally" broke some of my coffee mugs.
I'm now considering a shift to metal coffee mugs.
Since my friend volunteered to take care of the cats while I'm away, most of my emergency stockpile is composed of what she likes, & what the cats need.
Watched Ballerina last weekend.
My friend was stoked that there's a girl version of John Wick.

A lot of governments are telling their citizens to do an emergency stockpile.
No such announcements in PH, bc realistically only a minority of the population can do this.
