BREAKING: Grok Bot cleared 204 customer support tickets in about 10 minutes for SpaceXSI.
SpaceXSI has revealed how it uses two Grok Bot teammates to detect service problems and handle the flood of customer reports:
• IncidentWatch checks support tickets every 5 minutes, looking for people reporting the same problem. It can flag issues before internal alerts go off.
• IncidentSweep finds tickets linked to a resolved issue, reviews each one and sets aside any uncertain matches.
• A support engineer reviews the selected tickets and the exact message customers will receive, then approves the send.
• Approved replies go out in small batches. Every action is recorded, and the bot stops and reports back if something fails.
Work that could take hours, handled in minutes.
This is why Grok Bot is exciting: AI teammates taking responsibility for real workflows and giving people more time to solve the problems that need them.
BREAKING: Ecuador Government to connect 1,670 schools with Starlink.
The Ministry of Education has allocated $1.5 million to expand satellite internet. The initiative supports Ecuador’s Aula Digital program, helping rural classrooms gain access to digital learning.
Tesla Model Y beats Volkswagen’s Golf to become Germany’s best-selling car in September 2026, with registrations up 260.9% year over year.
It outsold every petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric rival.
A huge win for Tesla on Volkswagen’s home turf.
BREAKING: Hutto, Texas, is exploring Tesla Cybertrucks for police and other city departments.
Mayor Mike Snyder: “I think this is the future.”
Las Vegas police have already introduced 10 Cybertruck patrol vehicles. Las Vegas Sheriff Kevin McMahill: “They represent innovation. They represent sustainability.”
BREAKING: Elon Musk’s Terafab is rapidly building its chip supply chain.
Tesla and SpaceX are reportedly in talks with about 10 South Korean semiconductor suppliers, with more than half already signing confidentiality agreements. Discussions span chipmaking materials, equipment and testing components, according to The Elec.
Elon Musk has also confirmed that he expects the value of Terafab’s output from a single building to rival the GDP of one of the world’s 20 largest economies.
BREAKING: Elon Musk says digital superintelligence could add $30 trillion a year to Earth’s economy.
“Dolphins and whales are actually very intelligent. But because they can’t manipulate complex objects, I think that actually made the value of intelligence much less.
“Once you have a robot that can manipulate atoms, can shape objects, the value of the intelligence becomes exponentially greater because it can now do things. It could have a science lab and run experiments and try to understand the nature of the universe.
“My guess is digital superintelligence probably improves the output of goods and services by 20 to 30%, something like that. It’s like $30 trillion a year incremental.”

Elon Musk on 𝕏, political rage bait and social media bubbles:
“I look at Google News, which is a summation of headlines. I look at the X platform, if something's important enough, it'll show up on the X platform. I talk to friends, and that's where I do research. That's how I look at things.
I do think at times the X feed can be a little dark. And in fact, then I have to switch to something that's domain specific, like AI in order to actually learn what's going on in AI. I do think there's too much political rage bait on X.
If that's what you're getting at. Go touch grass. I think both can be misleading. And like, if you go for a walk in a nice neighborhood, everything seems fine. But even though there may be terrible things happening. So you don't want to assume all the world is going to hell, or that all the world is fine. The reality is somewhere in between. You can be in a real world positivity bubble or a social media negativity bubble. Those are both possible.”
