En sak som jag har grubblat på i flera år: Hos @smhi kan man se nederbörd per dygn och per timme. Men timmen 00 räknas alltid till föregående dygns summering. Varför? Om prognosen för 00 avser 23:00-23:59 dygnet innan, varför listas den då inte under det datumet?
