Hey @AmazonUK @AmazonHelp, when did protective packaging become an optional luxury? My orders now arrive filthy, covered in dust and plastered with delivery labels. If I wanted second-hand goods dragged through a warehouse, I'd shop in a skip. Sort it out, or lose my business.

Hey @OctopusEnergy
I'd like to give you the opportunity to do the right thing before I escalate this. Please just respond and correct your mistake. It's really quite easy.

Okay thank you. Hopefully Octopus can finally get these issues sorted. I expected switching supplier to be simple, but so far I’ve spent more time correcting records, chasing emails and resending evidence than I ever expected. At this point, I should be on the payroll.
Hey @OctopusEnergy you are very efficient at sending emails when they want something.
When I email for help, Silence. It's just rude and unhelpful.
Apparently the famous pink octopus has eight arms, yet somehow not one of them can reach the Reply button.

Hey @dhlexpressuk, you’ve had my parcel since 2nd April and getting it delivered has turned into a full-time hobby. Delayed because of non-working days, fair enough… but today is a working day and it still didn’t arrive. We waited in all day for fresh air and disappointment.
Dear @WayfairUK and @dhlexpressuk, if “out for delivery” now means “briefly looked at a van and then went back to the depot,” just say that. We stayed in all day for nothing. At this point the parcel is basically a myth.
Hey @SkyUK
You can’t confirm in writing twice that an early termination fee is waived, then send collection emails threatening debt recovery. This is how you treat a loyal customer of 14 years. I never missed a payment in 14 years.
I know breakups are never easy, but please!

The British people deserve more than just excuse after excuse.

I need a little help understanding your new app! Two tickets, one draw, the one paid by DD seems active. But the one paid for by card says I have no winning matches this time, like draw has already taken place. It's very confusing.
Hey @WeAreOpenreach
First you butcher my property fitting your fibre cable. Now I have no broadband at all.
You're all just complete and utter idiots.
