Miro users do you remember The Meetup acquisition that closed on a Wednesday. The layoffs were announced the following Monday. If your team depends on a tool, ask: who actually answers the support tickets after a deal like this?

Evernote under Bending Spoons, summary: mass layoffs, free tier cut to 50 notes, prices up ~86%. The product still exists. Whether it's the product you chose is another question.
Miro users, do you remember that the price of Evernote Personal roughly doubled: about $70 to about $130 per year, an ~86% increase under Bending Spoons. 'Pricing optimisation' is their stated priority across the portfolio.
