I use @MEXC, so when the FinCEN announcement came out, I wanted to understand exactly what the order says rather than rely on headlines and social media reactions. After going through the document, a few details stood out to me: - The order does not direct a blanket freeze of individual users' assets. - It does not instruct MEXC to shut down its global platform. - Its restrictions prohibit covered U.S. financial institutions from processing funds transfers to or from MEXC Global. - The restrictions take effect 30 days after publication in the Federal Register. That distinction matters. Regulatory restrictions on financial institutions should not automatically be interpreted as an order to seize every user's funds or suspend all exchange operations. MEXC has stated that its platform continues to operate normally and that it has initiated an independent review of its AML and sanctions compliance controls. I'm keeping an eye on how this develops, but after reading the order myself, I think some of the reactions online have gone further than what the document actually states. It's worth understanding the facts before drawing conclusions.
MEXC is aware of the order issued by the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) on November 6, 2026, and is reviewing it closely in coordination with our legal and compliance teams. MEXC is operating normally, and user assets remain secure. We take the concerns raised seriously and intend to engage constructively with FinCEN, as well as other relevant regulators and competent authorities worldwide. We have also begun an independent review of our AML and sanctions controls. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide further updates through our official channels.

Token distribution is worth examining beyond the headline percentages. How supply is allocated and how quickly different groups can access it both matter. Velixo has published the final $VLX tokenomics, with a maximum supply of 1 billion tokens. A few details stood out to me: • 25% is allocated to community and airdrops, the largest share. • Team allocation is 20%, with a 12-month lock followed by 36 months of vesting. • Eligible users can stack rewards across NFTs, Discord roles, engagement points and Robinhood Chain trading. The team vesting schedule is particularly worth noting, while the circulating supply and monthly unlock schedule will provide more context once published. A community-heavy allocation is a starting point, not proof of a sustainable token economy. How those allocations are distributed and used over time matters just as much. Airdrop registration closes November 9 at 18:00 UTC. @VelixoMarket

ActionFi's campaigns follow the same pattern each time. Users complete tasks on a partner's product, and the Action Model extension verifies each one against its success criteria. Points are credited instantly, while partner rewards are distributed after the campaign closes, by leaderboard position and a lottery draw. SIXR, the first campaign, ran for two months with a $100K pool, and its leaderboard and lottery winners have been celebrated over the past few days. SWEEP's own first campaign was a 7-day test with a 10K $SWEEP pool and brought in 17K+ new users and 9.5K+ KYC verifications. It has returned with $150,000 across 10 weeks: $100K for the top 150 on the leaderboard, $30K in a lottery and $20K for creator and ambassador competitions. The announcement says a first qualifying task can start you in the lottery, and that you can qualify for both pools.

I understand the decision to move your funds. Everyone has to make their own risk assessment. One distinction worth making, though: the $16B figure refers to transactions the U.S. Treasury alleges were connected to illicit activity, not $16B in customer funds lost or seized. FinCEN's order restricts U.S. financial institutions from processing transfers involving MEXC. That's different from ordering a global shutdown or freezing every user's assets. Being cautious is reasonable. I just think it's important to separate the regulatory action from the operational issues rather than assume they're automatically the same event. Your funds are always safe on @MEXC
MEXC is facing $16B in suspicious transaction allegations from the US Treasury now almost all chains on the exchange are suspended for withdrawals i just withdrew my funds to Binance, but had to use ETH because most networks weren’t available not taking any chances tho Better safe than sorry

Creator campaigns are becoming another way Web3 projects build awareness, but the quality of participation matters just as much as the number of creators involved. @VelixoMarket has launched its Creators Leaderboard, allocating 10,000,000 $VLX tokens (1% of the total supply) to the top 100 creators. The campaign runs from November 3 until TGE. Participation is straightforward: • Connect your X account to the Velixo Creators platform. • Create original content about Velixo. • Submit your posts so they can be tracked on the leaderboard. What I find interesting is the emphasis on quality and originality rather than simply encouraging creators to flood timelines with repetitive posts. For creators already following the ecosystem, this is another way to contribute while competing for a share of the allocated rewards. Let's see how the leaderboard develops.

I'd like to keep everyone updated on where things stand and share the latest progress we've made over the past several hours. 1. Platform Operations Remain Stable Over the past several hours, teams across MEXC have been actively engaging in discussions and coordinating with relevant parties to move things forward. We know what many of you are most concerned about: Has MEXC suspended deposits and withdrawals? Are users' assets safe? I would like to give you my assurance: deposits and withdrawals on MEXC have continued to operate smoothly. Our teams have also been actively assisting users who need help completing their transactions. We have indeed seen an increase in withdrawal volumes, but everything has remained orderly. We sincerely appreciate the understanding and trust our users have shown MEXC at this critical moment. 2. Meaningful Progress with KYT Service Providers At the same time, we’ve been working closely with blockchain analytics providers. Elliptic, one of the world’s leading KYT service providers, has confirmed that MEXC Global has returned to the “Exchange” category in its systems. At this stage, the previous special risk classification has been removed, and MEXC is classified according to its business activities. 3. What we are doing I would like to stress that we take the concerns raised in FinCEN’s order seriously. We intend to engage constructively with FinCEN and have begun an independent review of our AML and sanctions controls. We remain focused on resolving this situation and will continue to share updates as things develop. Thank you to everyone who has continued to stand with us. And to those who have chosen to withdraw, we respect your decision and will do our best to ensure a smooth process. Thank you for your trust and support.

I've been around this space for a long time, and Action Model is one of those projects that's hard to overlook. What interests me most is its approach to rewarding real, verified actions rather than just likes, comments and fake screenshots. The new @SweepGlobal x ActionFi campaign puts this into practice with $150,000 in rewards across 10 weeks with 3 ways to earn: • $100K shared among the top 150 leaderboard participants. • $30K lottery pool for eligible participants. • $20K reserved for creator and ambassador competitions. You can compete on the leaderboard and still qualify for the lottery. Install the browser extension, complete eligible Sweep tasks, verify your actions and earn points. Airdrops often recognize more than just early users. Some also account for the people who actively contribute to an ecosystem. Velixo's upcoming $VLX airdrop reflects that approach, with several groups being considered for eligibility. These include: • Dino NFT holders. Their snapshot hasn't happened yet, so holders should keep their NFTs in their wallets. • Robinhood Chain NFT traders. Their snapshot has already been taken. • Eligible Velixo Discord role holders. Their snapshot has also been taken. Discord engagement points are another factor in qualification. One thing worth paying attention to is that the snapshots are at different stages. Dino holders still have an upcoming snapshot, while the other two groups have already been recorded. If you're involved in the Velixo ecosystem, it's worth checking the official announcement to understand where you stand. @VelixoMarket
The $VLX airdrop is coming. 🪂 Eligibility: - Dino holders - Robinhood Chain NFT traders - Velixo Discord roles - Discord engage points Snapshots already taken: Robinhood Chain traders, Discord roles and engage points. Dino holders: your snapshot is not taken yet. Keep your Dino in your wallet. More details on eligibility soon. Stay Velixo. ⚡

Wikipedia helped AI startups grow. Now AI is threatening to end Wikipedia. That sounds like one of the biggest generational mistakes of all time. @ActionModelAI rewards you for training the AI you help build. I haven't seen many companies doing anything like this before.
Wikipedia helped teach AI, and now it's dying because of AI. AI can answer your questions without sending you back to Wikipedia. For decades, volunteers wrote articles, checked facts and corrected mistakes. Their work became a valuable foundation for training AI. But when an AI answer replaces a visit, the source can lose more than a click. Wikimedia has warned that fewer visitors could mean fewer future editors and donors supporting the knowledge everyone relies on. Wikipedia isn't dead. But its story raises a question that reaches far beyond one website: What happens when human contributions become more valuable while the people behind them become less visible? Helping train an AI doesn't automatically give you ownership in it.

What happens when an AI agent becomes a customer instead of just a service provider? That's an interesting direction emerging in the agent economy. Consider Montage Studio, recently showcased by @termix_ai. A user provides a creative brief, and the coordinating agent takes it from there. It prepares the treatment and shot list, then hires other agents to handle different parts of production: • Storyboard creation • Video generation • Music composition It then brings those outputs together into a finished video. What's interesting isn't just that AI can now assist with video production. It's the fact that one agent can coordinate and pay other agents to complete a larger task. This introduces a different model of digital commerce. Instead of a single agent trying to handle every responsibility, specialized agents can provide individual services and collaborate through a shared workflow. But that creates some important requirements: Who establishes the terms of each job? How is payment secured? Who verifies that the delivered work meets the requirements? And what happens when there's a disagreement? These are the kinds of problems @termix_ai is addressing through AACP, its Agent Autonomous Commerce Protocol. With job coordination, escrow settlement, delivery verification, and reputation mechanisms, TermiX is building infrastructure for agents to transact with one another. I think agent-to-agent commerce is one of the more interesting developments to watch in AI. The real shift might not be agents doing more tasks independently. It might be agents building entire service networks by hiring one another. That's when the agent economy starts becoming a much more interesting concept.
