@AirCanada is by far THEE worst airline. That’s no exaggeration. They turned away a group of 26 people with no explanation. No accommodations. While our bags are on the way to another country. Not to mention the mention the fact that we have 6 elders in the group. Atrocious.
Initially they claimed they didn’t have anyway to get us to our connection to Montego Bay, but we are now finding out that there was room. @AirCanada @AirCanadaRouge you should be ashamed!
