To our amazing BeraBucks community - thank you for being part of our journey.
After careful consideration, we've made the decision to wind down the BeraBucks loyalty program. Season 2 won't be launching, and the rewards platform you've engaged with will be coming to a close.
We launched this program with a range of objectives, but the main one was to help onboard gamers en masse into web3 gaming. We built one of the largest distribution channels out there with best-in-class gaming organizations like @100Thieves @Cloud9 and @Tribe. However, the web3 gaming ecosystem has not been ready to kick off acquisition, causing us to sunset this initiative.
Here's what's next: The technology we developed is moving to where it can make a big impact. Our AI-powered tools are joining @Zerg_AI, and a portion of our tech and team are moving to a stealth AI-powered loyalty and commerce company. Each will be with specialized teams focused entirely on taking these innovations further than we could alone.
While we didn’t accomplish what we set out to do in web3 gaming, we’re nonetheless proud of what we built together and grateful for your support along the way.
Thank you @0xFent. You’re absolutely built different. Atlaslike work, elite vibes only. A real one.

also something you might be missing @Trace_Cohen is that the company is taking 22% of your shares before you get a single one. You get no choice. you never get 100% of shares, you get 78% of shares.
So it's not like "here's 1000 shares, you owe 22% of what it's worth", no the company withholds 22% of the shares immediately
