Nobody is expecting him to have a 100-yard game if he plays on Sunday against the Giants. But the fact that after tearing three ligaments and dislocating his patella he is able to do this job AT ALL is borderline unthinkable; especially if you grew up in the 90s like I did when an injury like that would've ended your career.
I've said all along the first reception he makes (let alone his first touchdown whenever that happens) will make me, a 40-something-year-old fat guy in sweat pants in the Pacific Northwest, sob like a sixth grade girl at a Taylor Swift concert.
Because the insane amounts of physical therapy required to get a world-class athlete back to the level needed to play in the NFL after that kind of injury is nothing short of a wonder of medical science.
