⚡️ On October 21, 2025, when the company behind Kadena shut down the market treated the chain as dead.
But it wasn’t.
🌟 Miners kept hashing. Nodes kept running. Former Kadena engineers and the community continued the exact same chain from block 6,335,858 on November 8.
Same KDA. Same balances. Same Pact contracts. Same 20-chain Chainweb.
This is one of the clearest real-world examples of a Proof-of-Work network surviving its founding company.
Kadena isn’t a single chain. It’s 20 braided proof-of-work chains that reference each other. Shared security + parallel throughput, with the ability to add more chains later. No central sequencer. No validator set that can halt it.
Upgrades now require miner vote (~2/3 hashrate over a multi-day period) instead of a company schedule.
The community has kept shipping: APT node installs, community oracle (KIA), Kadena Earn, and tooling.
KDA is still a pure PoW smart-contract platform. It’s just no longer dependent on the original company.
📊 You can trade it without KYC on AnonKyc.
What is Kadena (kadena:native), and why is it different❓
Kadena is a Proof-of-Work blockchain designed around a unique multi-chain architecture called Chainweb. Instead of relying on a single blockchain, Kadena connects multiple chains together to increase network capacity while maintaining PoW security. The network currently consists of 20 chains, numbered 0–19, working together as part of the same ecosystem.
Kadena also uses Pact, its smart-contract language designed to make contracts easier to read, develop, and audit. kadena:native is the native token of the Kadena network and is used for transactions and network activity.
So, what makes Kadena interesting ❓
Proof-of-Work + multiple interconnected chains + Pact smart contracts, a different approach to building a scalable blockchain. ⚡️
And now you can trade kadena:native without KYC only on AnonKyc.

Most people treat KYC as protection.
In practice it's permanent record-keeping. 📁
Your bank knows your name.
Your phone carrier knows your name.
Your exchange knows your name. 👀
Three unrelated institutions. One shared outcome: every action becomes a searchable personal history.
Why do we accept this just to move our own money? 💰
KYC doesn't secure your transaction.
It facilitates transactions for everyone involved in the process.
Ownership becomes conditional.
Access replaces control.
Once you connect your name to any address or transaction, there is no longer tracking of value, but tracking of identity instead.
For normal users the effects are practical:
- Past trades stay linked long after the verification reason is gone
- Data collected "just in case" can be requested or shared later
- There is not much cost to pay right now, but it will add up ⚠️
Self-custody strips one level by having the coins not in someone else’s account.
Privacy tools and coins limit what shows on-chain.
Exchanges that skip KYC simply refuse to create the identity link at all.
AnonKyc is for individuals who wish to conduct trades without creating a file tying their identity to their actions. It is not invisibility. It is a refusal to form the database that allows for future surveillance.
The default shouldn't be that every financial action comes with a personal file.
Once the file exists, the only remaining question is who gets to read it. 🤔
Does that trade-off still make sense to you?

🔒 HOW CAN YOU UNLOCK USD LIQUIDITY FROM YOUR DIGIBYTE (DGB) WITHOUT SELLING IT?
Imagine you hold 100,000 DGB. You believe its price will rise, but you need instant USD liquidity.
Instead of selling your digibyte:native, you can lock it as on-chain collateral and mint DD (a decentralized stablecoin) against it, subject to the protocol's rules and your chosen lock period.
Here's the idea:
📈 If DGB rises: the market value of your locked DGB rises, too, while you retain exposure to its price.
📉 If DGB drops: there are no margin calls or forced liquidations. Your DGB remains locked until the chosen term expires.
🛡 When the lock expires: you can redeem your collateral by burning the required DD, subject to the protocol's rules and redemption conditions.
And here's the interesting part: the more DGB gets locked, the less is available on the market. In theory, reduced supply could put upward pressure on DGB's price, especially if demand stays strong or increases.
So, what exactly is DigiDollar (DD)?
A fully decentralized stablecoin built natively on the DigiByte blockchain. It is backed by overcollateralized DGB, helping maintain a stable USD value without relying on a centralized issuer. Users retain control of their own keys and collateral while minting and using DD. No centralized issuer. No issuer-controlled freezes.
So why doesn't DD always trade at $1?
Because its market price depends on supply and demand. Changes in buying and selling pressure can push $DD above or below $1.
But here's the key difference: the amount of DGB you lock stays the same. Lock 100,000 DGB, and those 100,000 DGB remain locked for your chosen period, regardless of price changes.
Once the lock period ends, you can unlock your DGB by returning the same amount of DD under the protocol's rules.
Today, October 17, is another DigiByte Community Lock Day. You can lock your DGB using the DigiByte Core wallet to mint DD. Or you can get DD directly from AnonKyc without providing ID or personal information.

Crypto gives you control over your money.
It doesn't automatically give you privacy.
Public blockchain data. Personal information. Exchange records.
Each can reveal a piece of the puzzle. Together, they can connect your on-chain activity to your real identity.
On transparent blockchains, your name doesn't need to appear for your transactions, balances, and financial connections to remain visible and analyzable—even years later.
Self-custody gives you control of your keys. It doesn't automatically make your transactions private.
Understand what your blockchain reveals, how your assets handle privacy, and which services receive your personal information.
Privacy coins offer different approaches to protecting transaction details. Non-KYC trading offers another choice: accessing an exchange without mandatory identity verification.
How much of your financial life should be public by default?
That's why AnonKyc supports crypto trading without mandatory KYC.
Not because any platform can promise perfect anonymity, but because financial privacy deserves to be a choice.
Your financial life shouldn't have to be an open book to participate in the digital economy.

🚨 FRANCE'S PROPOSED CRYPTO RULES COULD IMPACT SELF-CUSTODY AND FINANCIAL PRIVACY 🇫🇷
French lawmakers are pushing several crypto tax measures that could affect both wealthy investors and self-custody users.
Here's what you need to know 👇
🔺 €800,000 EXIT TAX THRESHOLD
A proposal would extend France's exit tax to crypto holdings worth more than €800,000, potentially taxing unrealized gains when qualifying residents move abroad.
🛡 €100,000 IN SELF-CUSTODY?
Another proposal would require taxpayers to declare self-custody wallets with a combined value of €100,000 or more, with fines of up to €10,000 for non-compliance.
💵 EVEN STABLECOIN SWAPS COULD BE AFFECTED
A separate proposal would make crypto-to-stablecoin swaps taxable events from 2027.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: These are proposed measures, not enacted law. The parliamentary process is ongoing, and the proposals must be considered again.
🛡 THE BIGGER ISSUE: FINANCIAL PRIVACY
Self-custody was built around a simple principle: you control your keys, not a third party.
But as governments push for more disclosure and reporting, crypto holders face an important question:
How much financial privacy will you have left when holding your own money comes with more reporting obligations?

🚨 ONE YEAR SINCE THE LARGEST LIQUIDATION EVENT IN CRYPTO HISTORY.
What it actually showed:
• Most of the damage came from leveraged positions on exchanges
• Forced selling cascades when order books thin
• Users who only had “access” (not keys they controlled) had fewer options
Real ownership means your keys, your wallet, your rules - no permission needed to move what’s yours.
This is exactly why AnonKyc exists.

🚨 MAJOR WIN FOR CRYPTO SELF-CUSTODY & PRIVACY? 🔐
The U.S. Treasury has withdrawn two proposed crypto surveillance rules that could have significantly expanded reporting requirements for transactions involving self-custody wallets and crypto mixers.
Here's what happened 👇
🔹 1. Self-Custody Wallets
Proposed in 2020, the first rule would have required banks and money services businesses to collect and verify customer information for certain transactions involving private wallets.
• Transactions above $3,000 would have triggered additional recordkeeping and identity-verification requirements.
• Transactions above $10,000 would have triggered reporting to FinCEN.
These rules would have applied to covered financial institutions, not directly imposed a universal reporting duty on every individual wallet owner.
🔹 2. Crypto Mixers & Financial Privacy
The second proposal, introduced in 2023, targeted cryptocurrency mixing services.
Mixers can make transaction trails harder to trace. While they can be misused for illicit finance, they also have legitimate privacy applications.
Regulators received concerns that the proposal's broad definition of mixing could burden lawful activity and create substantial compliance costs.
🔹 3. Why This Matters
On October 5, 2026, the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) announced it was withdrawing both proposals and would take no further action on them.
For crypto users, developers, and privacy advocates, this is an important regulatory development.
It signals a shift away from these specific proposed reporting measures and keeps the debate over financial privacy and crypto surveillance alive.
⚠️ Important: This does NOT eliminate existing anti-money-laundering, sanctions, or reporting obligations. Regulators can still investigate illicit activity, and future rules may be proposed.
❓ The bigger question:
How do we fight financial crime without undermining legitimate self-custody and financial privacy?
The balance between privacy, personal financial freedom, and regulatory oversight will remain one of crypto's biggest debates.
