Community Sport Hubs | Changing rooms programme 🗣
📣We are delighted to share that Arbroath Community Sport Hub are working in partnership with ANGUSalive and SAMH to deliver the Changing rooms project for males aged 18-30.

🟢The programme - which focuses on tackling stigma, growing resilience and building positive men's mental health - will run on Wednesday's from 6.30-8pm (beginning 19th March 2025) for 12-weeks out of Brothock Shotokan Karate club.

We were delighted to introduce Pickleball this week to the "Still Gamers" - a group of friends who have been exercising together in Arbroath for over 30 years. This was their first experience of Pickleball, and they absolutely loved it... (1/3)
so much that they have booked it again for next week!
