More than 150 researchers and academics from leading universities around the world joined AGIBOT’s Academic Night at IROS 2026 to discuss one big question: what will it take to move embodied intelligence forward?
The conversations went well beyond demos. From robot learning and VLA to dexterous manipulation and control, researchers exchanged views on the challenges they are tackling today — and what they need from the next generation of robotic platforms.
AGIBOT also showcased A3 Ultra, X2, OmniHand, and D1 EDU, while giving the academic community a closer look at our research platforms, development tools and some of the technical challenges we are working on.
One takeaway stood out: progress toward general-purpose humanoids will require closer collaboration between academia and industry. We look forward to building more with universities and labs around the world.

From robots to talent, from deployment to ecosystem.
Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, together with members of the Malaysian delegation, met with AGIBOT to discuss opportunities for collaboration in humanoid robotics and embodied AI.
The discussion covered areas including local talent development, real-world deployment and robotics ecosystem building in Malaysia.
AGIBOT looks forward to working with local partners to explore more real-world applications of embodied AI and contribute to the development of Malaysia’s robotics ecosystem.
AGIBOT’s 20,000th robot officially rolled off the production line.
From 15,000 to 20,000 units, AGIBOT continues to scale production while expanding the deployment of humanoid robots across real-world scenarios.
20,000 robots marks more than another production milestone.
It signals a new stage for embodied AI — moving from proving what robots can do to deploying them at scale in the real world.
300+ robots. One resort. Multiple real-world roles.
AGIBOT and Chimelong Group have officially launched a large-scale robot deployment at Chimelong in Zhuhai, China.
Across the resort, robots are being introduced for performances, AI education, visitor guidance, companionship and hotel services.
The launch also coincides with another milestone: AGIBOT’s 20,000th humanoid robot, an A3 Ultra, rolled off the production line and was delivered to Chimelong.
Built at scale. Now deployed at scale.
AGIBOT X2 robots took the stage at the Greater Bay Area Film Concert, dancing alongside performers and moving in sync with each other.
Humanoid robots aren’t just showing up in labs and demos anymore. They’re starting to share the stage with people.

AGIBOT releases GE-Act 2.0 — the first native World Action Model to validate a pretraining and scaling path for embodied AI.
📖 Explore the project: ge-act-v2.github.io/
Trained entirely from scratch on embodied manipulation data: visual representation, future generation, and action prediction, all from random initialization. No inherited video generators. No task-specific fine-tuning.
Put straight to a ruthless real-robot zero-shot test — unseen scenes, unseen objects, 100 atomic tasks, 20 skill categories, and two robot embodiments:
✅ Data scaled 100×: from 300 to 30,000 hours
✅ Task success climbs from 17.1% to 44.1% on G1-OP — with no sign of saturation
✅ New skills emerge at scale: folding towels, nesting paper cups, uncapping pens, arranging flowers
✅ Cross-embodiment transfer: G2-90D, under 2% of the training data, still gains 17.7 percentage points
✅ Failure data becomes a training asset — 2,000 hours of failed manipulations and deployment rollouts
A capable model envisions reality before it acts.
