To all world leaders, We, the people of Israel, thank you. We thank you for opening our eyes and showing us who you really are. When the Jewish diaspora were persecuted throughout the entire Middle East and Europe over the past 200+ years, you did nothing. When 6 million of our Jewish diaspora were marched and sent to the death camps during World War Two, you watched, and yet you did nothing. When all our diaspora across the entire Middle East and North Africa were forced from their homes, their lands, and their lives, and while 5 heavily armed Arab armies waged a genocidal war against us, you watched, and yet you did nothing. And we thought then that that was as bad as it could ever get. But yet today, you have surpassed yourselves. For today our people have been raped, tortured, burned and massacred, our people were kidnapped and dragged into the underground hell in Gaza, our citizens hid in shelters as thousands upon thousands of rockets were fired indiscriminately at our cities. Only this time you didn’t just sit and watch. No, this time you chose to support those who murdered our children, who raped our women, who kidnapped our loved ones, who fired those rockets at us. You sat at the United Nations as our people wept, and you condemned us for defending ourselves. You passed resolution after resolution demanding that we stop. Demanding that we leave our hostages to die. Demanding that we die. Yes, we’ve had our eyes opened. And we see that you are not what you claim to be. You are not leaders. Not a single one of you has any more rights to ever tell us what you think or what you demand. You no longer have any legitimacy. You no longer have any credibility. You know longer have the right to speak. Make no mistake, we are grateful that we now see you. We are grateful that we now know. And we will do what must be done. What should have been done a long time ago. Your rules of law hold no more legitimacy or legality. Everything you say, want and demand no longer matters. Because it is all based on false premise. And we, the people of Israel, the people who have suffered by your inaction or care for hundreds of years, and who have now suffered by your complicity and culpability for the crimes against our people… we find you guilty. Guilty of standing for terror. Guilty of betraying your ally and your honor. Guilty of deceiving the world that you matter. We will defend ourselves and we will defeat all our enemies, both in spite of all your attempts to obstruct us, and because you gave us the ability to finally see you for who and what you are. We are a small nation. We’re modest and humble. But we are loyal and we are strong and we have heart, and courage and passion for life. You will always be empty shells, nothing more than cheap wine at a table you aren’t even fit to sit at. We are the nation of Israel and we have overcome far greater than all of you could ever be. The most powerful and widely read book ever written is written about us, not you. And there will be another chapter, many chapters yet to be written. And it will be us that will write them as you eat yourselves and destroy yourselves with your self-loathing godless existence. We are Israel, and we, unlike you, will exist forever. So we thank you for opening our eyes to who you are, and our hearts to who we are. Today, we stand before you prouder than ever. And you stand before us with shame.
